Very busy as of late. With teaching, coaching, starting my master's program and my own training...it doesn't leave much free time to blog...haha. That's alright though. I'll try to be diligent and post at least once a week still. Life is great here in northern Michigan. I'm actually running the best I ever have. The cycling load is a bit lower right now so I'm sure that has a lot to do with it. That and the HILLS.
Really looking forward to a friend's wedding this weekend. Congrats Adam and Carrie. It's going to be a lot of fun catching up with old friends.
If you're done racing for the year I hope you're enjoying your down time. It will be spring again before we know it and you'll be in the thick of training your butt off.
